RentFriends Terms of Service

Effective date: May 15, 2026

§1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using:

• the websites dyżury.app and rentfriends.app,
• the Dyżury.app / RentFriends mobile application,
• registration forms and the waiting list,
• services associated with the Dyżury.app and RentFriends platforms.

By using the application and platform services, you accept these Terms of Service.

§2. Frame Generator

The frame generator allows users to create personalised graphics associated with RentFriends.

Users agree to use the generator in accordance with applicable law and social norms.

The following are prohibited:

• publishing offensive content,
• infringing intellectual property rights,
• impersonating other individuals,
• using the services for any unlawful purpose.

§3. Registration and Waiting List

Submitting the registration form constitutes:

• signing up for the RentFriends waiting list,
• expressing an intention to use the application after its launch,
• consent to the creation of a user account based on the data provided.

RentFriends reserves the right to grant access to the application in stages.

§4. User Account

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information,
• not share their account with third parties,
• use the platform in accordance with these Terms of Service,
• publish only content that complies with applicable law and accepted standards of conduct.

The Administrators may restrict access to the services, suspend, or delete a user’s account in the event of a breach of these Terms of Service.

§5. Profile Visibility and User Interactions

The platform allows users to publish profile information and communicate with other users.

Users acknowledge that some information shared in their profile may be visible to other users of the platform.

The Administrators are not responsible for relationships, interactions, or arrangements made between users outside the platform.

§6. Content Moderation

RentFriends may moderate content published by users and remove content that violates these Terms of Service or applicable law.

§7. Intellectual Property

All visual identity elements, graphics, logos, and RentFriends materials are legally protected.

Copying or distributing these materials without the Administrators’ consent is prohibited.

Users retain the rights to the content they publish, while granting consent for it to be displayed as part of the platform’s operation.

§8. Liability

RentFriends is a platform that enables contact between users.

The Administrators are not liable for:

• relationships between users,
• actions taken by users outside the platform,
• damages arising from individual arrangements between users,
• content published by users,
• temporary interruptions to the services.

§9. Marketing Communications

Users may voluntarily consent to receiving marketing information about RentFriends.

Such consent covers in particular:

• information about the application launch,
• newsletters,
• information about new features,
• promotional activities.

§10. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time using the function available in the application or by contacting the Administrators.

§11. Changes to the Terms of Service

These Terms of Service may be amended as RentFriends develops.

Users will be notified of significant changes via:

• the website,
• the application.
